Running keeps this 100-year-old Adidas model going

Currently one of most well-known Sikhs in Britain, Fauja ran his first marathon when he was 89 — he completed the race in 6 hours and 54 minutes. With many records in his name, Fauja was chosen as its official model by Adidas in 2010.

Running is the only thing in Fauja’s mind now. His coach of 11 years, Harmander, adds: “We will choose the kind of marathon that suits his age. But his will makes him a winner.”
