BASIC TRAINING

Basic training is 1 hour of fun fitness training. It incorporates all the great elements of our main Bootcamp but done at a less intense level. 

It is suitable for:


  • Persons of low fitness levels
  • A person who may be coming back from injury or illness 
  • Anyone who may be a but anxious to join our main bootcamp

When : 0830 hrs Tues & Thur @ Straits Quay
